There is so much that Payzerware offers at a great cost however you get what you pay for. There are bugs with the system that they create work arounds rather than solving the issue. Simple tasks like saving invoices or proposals lead to freezes and losing what you have spent time building. Filters sometimes work and other times don't. Searches for customers can be time consuming if not properly searched. The software is better than a free app but it's flaws are frustrating. 2 years of use.
I've been using Payzerware for two years. They make improvements often. I have not had problems with glitches or freezing. Once, I had to uninstall and reinstall after they did an update. Getting better everyday.
Since using this app I've experienced freezing, glitches, having to always restart the app, problems with customer signatures not saving and this effecting payroll, not happy and can't wait for the company I work for to use a different app like service titan. Payroll effects my pay every week, if I could put zero stars I would do so.
Trash service company software.
I need to use this app everyday for work to see my jobs. Unfortunately the app didn't even work, has crashed since day one. But the customer service was great and after a few email they posted a new update and got it working for me.
Google should not allow this app on the store I mean I would give this app a negative 10 stars if I could and the CEO should sell it or just not support it
logs me out at least 5 times a day
being a worker in the field this program does not let me look up customers
